| Hello Demented, This year, the RPG Brigade will be doing the first annual Brigade Con on November 15th & 16th. And we're going to participate. Our part, will be to run games and help raise money for Child's Play, any bit helps. As it stands currently, I'll have one other member run a campaign alongside myself. I will be running campaigns both days. I'd like to see us raise at least $100, even though our numbers are small I'm sure we can make this goal. For $15 you can buy yourself a BrigadeCon shirt from the Booster Page. I will be setting up a section for BrigadeCon here shortly and some basic information on the campaigns that I'll be running. At the end of the post I'll provide the links for BrigadeCon, Child's Play & the site at which donations are being taken. A Bit on Child's Play Child’s Play also receives cash donations throughout the year. With those cash donations, we purchase new consoles, peripherals, games, and more for hospitals and therapy facilities. These donations allow for children to enjoy age-appropriate entertainment, interact with their peers, friends, and family, and can provide vital distraction from an otherwise generally unpleasant experience. | It's done online, they have pannels by other members of the RPG Brigade, games & all kinds of stuff. I'm setting up possible campaign ideas to run, once I have a few possible things ready I'll be setting them up in a section specifically for the two days. I'm thinking something like the following for myself, On the 15th run 3 or 4 One Off's at around 4 hours each & on the 16th run a 12 hour one off. But I'm not too sure, someone else will surely help run a few other games while I'm running these. | |
